Although we constantly strive for perfection, it is inevitable that occasional mistakes will occur.
Please check your orders thoroughly and report any mistake with in 72 hours of receipt. if we made a mistake, we will fix it immediately and we will send item or make refund after verifying our mistake

All returns require prior return authorization by
costumers shall be responsible for cost of shipping returned or exchanged only if otherwise noted
DAMAGED : refund or replacement of product if is with in 3 days of receiving after that time period no refund or replacement will be done
take following steps if product is damaged please take a picture and email it to or call (214)954-7221 for instructions
with # of order or costumer ID please and say rather you would like refund or replacement thank you
LOST ORDER : please let 10 days pass after delivery date to get a replacement or refund so we can investigate what happen to the package and have a answer for you. Not much to worry may happen one of thousands of orders shipped.
