Please check your orders thoroughly and report any mistake within 72 hours after receiving your order. If any mistakes has been made from our part, we'll fix it immediately and will gladly do a refund or else send your item after verifying into further details.
Please note before purchasing. All acrylic powders. dip powders. glitters and liquids such as monomer, acetone, gel cleanser etc, And all gels and nail polish cannot be returned.

DAMAGED : refund or replacement of product if is with in 3 days of receiving after that time period no refund or replacement will be done
take following steps if product is damaged please take a picture and email it to [email protected] or call (214)258-6553 for instructions
with # of order or costumer ID please and say rather you would like refund or replacement thank you
LOST ORDER : please let 10 days pass after delivery date to get a replacement or refund so we can investigate what happen to the package and have a answer for you. Not much to worry may happen one of thousands of orders shipped.
